  • I dropped my handgun off at Guns Plus because they said they have a gunsmith to which they farm work. I asked for a trigger job and they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. After four weeks, I called Guns Plus to find out when the job might be finished. After checking with the gunsmith, they left a message saying it would be 2 more weeks. After 2 more weeks I called again and they left a message that they were still awaiting parts. No estimate on completion, and no apology or other comment on the delay. Finally, I called Guns Plus and asked that they just return my gun. A week later, they left a message saying I could pick up my gun. When I retrieved my gun they made no comment or apology. I have to say that I was stunned at the indifference these people had for my situation. I was never offered an explanation. apology or any other comment. I was never offered an update until I requested one. They were neither rude nor friendly, just totally indifferent. I am not a spring chicken, I have dealt with many businesses in my lifetime. However, I have never had this experience before or since. This business was a monumental waste of my time and resources. I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.
