rev:text	I moved to The Willows almost 2 years ago from Reno and this has definitely been a good spot for me in this transitional life period. When I moved to town, I didn`t know too much about Las Vegas or what neighborhoods would be best for me and this area has felt safe, comfortable, and close to everything I need. It IS pretty far North and my friend, who lives near the strip, complains that I live out in the middle of nowhere, but it suits me fine. The grounds are generally kept pretty clean unless people are jerks and do not use the doggy bags to pick up their pet's crap, but other than that the garbage truck comes regularly(although the garbage containers can get REALLY full sometimes), and the landscapers are out and about doing their thing at their scheduled times. The community is gated, so it feels safe, even though technically that doesn't mean anything. It makes me feel better and that is all that matters. All the units are in close together, so it feels like a safe, little community. Office staff is friendly. I have packages quite often, so I have to pop into the office from time to time to retrieve them and Carla has always been really sweet and friendly, as well as super helpful with any questions/concerns I may have. There is a new manager at the property, Nick, who I haven't come into too much contact with, but he seems friendly as well. Office has convenient hours AND they are open on Saturdays, which is helpful. There is a pool, gym, and little "office area" with a computer and printer to print stuff out if you're like me and don`t have a printer currently. Maintenance responds quickly. Overall, a nice community that is comfortable to live in. Rent has increased gradually over the last 2 years, but that is the same with all complexes. You cannot really put too much of a price on feeling safe, having an attached garage(one of the main reasons I like this place), and having a washer and dryer in the garage(ain't nobody got time for the laundry mat, am I right?). If you're looking for a Vegas rental and don`t mind being pretty far NW, this is your place. One of the nicest rentals I've lived in.
