  • We love this company, they have been very good to us in our last two homes. We never have a problem getting them to come out in a timely fashion and their technicians are always very knowledgeable and thorough. We recently moved and with summer upon us, wanted to make sure we would be ok and not have any surprises. Kalem came out and ended up spending the day with us. He found some issues in the condensation pans in the attic and was able to put down a coating so we won't have the pan rust through (they were heading in that direction) and also added some of the shut off switches so water won't overflow if the pan fills up. It was a hot day and he spent a lot of time in the attic and he was nice, friendly and helpful the entire time - what a trooper. We love Duke's so much we signed up for their Gold maintenance plan, I trust them and would recommend them to all my friends.
