| - My wife received an unsolicited phone call from Safe Auto Glass a couple of weeks ago. Since then, my wife and I both have received numerous phone calls from Safe Auto asking whether or not we have had our insurance company come out and investigate our window to see if it could be replaced. Since then we have been bombarded with phone calls from different numbers and agents from Safe Auto Glass. On one particular day I received several calls within minutes of each other from Safe Auto Glass with a mesa number and a Tucson number. In the Tucson number, I received a call from Gary Lee who introduced himself as the general manager. He questioned whether or not we were ready to move forward and in the beginning he seemed to be somewhat trying to help, until I informed him that my wife did not agree to do anything. He then claimed that WE had wasted their time when it was OUR insurance claim person come out and check out our window. Because we had refused to move forward with their business, they treated us like crap. I was hung up on by several of their agents, Dustin, Gary Lee (who claimed to be the general manager), and there was a female representative that we spoke with. They were polite in the beginning, but then became blatantly rude because we refused to move forward with their business. I would recommend everyone who can read this comment to AVOID SAFE AUTO GLASS in it's entirety. They are rude, and unprofessional and will talk over you and will hang up on you...only to call back a short time later, or a day later. I've asked them several times to remove my number from their list, and even Gary Lee the GM, mentioned that he would look into my complaint about being called after telling them to stop only to have our conversation end badly because Gary Lee was upset that I was not going to move forward with them. He literally told me that my wife and I wasted his time.
I would recommend to your insurance company to avoid using them in the future and I would also on a personal level NEVER use this company.
