  • They change staff a lot. When I originally went there I had a girl doing my lashes, then she was suddenly let go and I used a new girl only to find I had been paying all this time for mediocre lashes. When the 2nd girl did them they were so full and looked amazing. I was extremely disappointed about how they had been for the previous several months I was going. They offered me a 10% discount on my fill which just seemed pretty offensive considering I had spent 100's on garbage. When I moved they consistently kept calling me about my bill after I had asked a supervisor to review the issue several times but for months this continued on although I lived an hour away and could no longer go there. I'd rather spend a little more for better service and quality.
