  • I was going to be in Champaign for exactly one day and wanted to get my mother's FILTHY car detailed. It was easy to make a morning appointment online and I had it confirmed within the hour. Upon arrival the woman I met with was skeptical they would be able to get the car as clean as I might have been hoping (I booked the Premium Interior Detail service) and thought I might want to go with the cheaper Express Detail service. The detailer (didn't catch his name either) felt confident he could get most of the stains out, so left it for me to decide. I figured if he could get half of the stains out it was going to be money well spent so went with the Premium service. The owner, Sam, arrived at one point, introduced himself and even worked on the car a bit. The service should take about two hours, but this car was especially dirty and they spent three hours on it. Sam and the woman I first spoke with both checked on me at separate times to make sure I was okay with them spending extra time on the car. I had no place else to be and was perfectly comfortable working remotely in their waiting area (they have free WiFi) and told them to take as long as they needed. The end result is honestly amazing. I won't say the car looks brand new again, no one would be capable of performing that feat. The vast majority of the stains are gone, the car smells nice and I'm no longer afraid to touch the console. I really wish I could attach photos to this review so everyone could see the fabulous job they did. My mother almost cried when she saw how clean it was.
