Wow, I'm very disappointed in BofA and how they handle emergency issues and customersI
I needed to make an emergency transfer of funds on my way to airport and had limited time. Something so basic and the manager says and I quote "wait for 45 minutes or go to another branch" and I say Are you kidding.
Time for a lesson of customer service. This loser should wise up and learn to serve the people who pay him.... I'm closing out my accounts and moving to bank that understands customer services.
