  • Checked on yelp for a quick gluten free snack for my wife who was getting edgy according to her. Found Maddys a cute bakery tucked away in a small strip mall. The employees were lovely and helpful. They had a whole case with gluten free baked goods, which was greatly appreciated. Meaning they know about cross contamination. We appreciate the effort. Most don't bother. We bought a carrot cake muffin which was moist and tasty. Thank you for defeating the grumpy beast in my wife's stomach.
