  • I've never wanted one star a Medical office because I've worked in one and know how hard it is. But wow, I've gone to this facility for the past 5 years and it's been just ok. Packed waiting room, long wait times , moody employees but Connie Knapp was a good doc so I tolerated it. But this past week I've been trying to make a appt with Megan who I guess is who I have to see for prenatal appts? I left one voicemail she called back but left no message. I called again the next day leaving a second voicemail and nothing. Called the next day no answer and thought a third voicemail would just go on ignored so I decided to talk to a scheduler. I told her what was going on and she was rude. She told me Megan was working in another department and that she already called me and when I tried to talk she just talked over me. She got defensive, and made it seem like it was my fault. Sorry, waiting a work week to even talk to the person you need to make a appointment is too long. I called another practice and got a appointment made right away. Didn't have to wait 5 days.
