  • Hotel Staff is the worst of the hotel industry. Pompous and rude. They really can care less about you. I asked for a room on a high floor and the front desk clerk gave me a room on the 8th floor but right above the night club. The room was shaking from the sound. When I complained to the front desk, I was told she shouldn't have placed anyone in that room. That was it. No apologies. After that night, I vowed to never return to Luxor.
