  • Come to write a review on Colony American Homes and see they have one star.... Interesting.... They took over for my previous rental company which happened underneath our noses (nothing new here in Vegas I guess).... We have been trying to get ahold of them for almost 10 days and have received NO response via email to our email about getting out of our lease using my military orders. Try to call the office and get no answer. Call the main office in AZ and they are sending a courtesy email that we need to wait two days for them to respond... If nothing, we call them back and they will send another courtesy email.... All before they escalate it.... Ma'am, we have sent plenty of courtesy emails and just want to know they know we are moving out! We want to know how to go about getting our deposit back, and we just want to get out of this terrible neighborhood!
