  • This place used to be Deer Valley Smiles. I'm not sure what happened, but after the name changed, the staff changed, and then pretty much everything about this place. I loved Deer Valley Smiles for being affordable, and how nice and sincere people who worked there were. In Gentle Dental Deer Valley, they are back to being money-oriented dentists. They are also not too friendly. They scheduled an appointment for me on their own, after I ignored their reminders that I should come have my teeth cleaned again. I needed to call to cancel an appointment I never made or asked to have. There is a $35 no-show penalty. Nice try to get my money and very not professional treatment of a patient. I decided to find a new dentist.
