  • I ship a lot from selling on eBay. I like this post office because I feel like since it is the Vegas headquarters my mail moves out faster. That is the only reason. The supervisors are incredibly rude, I frequently have witnessed them arguing with customers often in situations where the customer is clearly in the right... Particularly the larger black man who manages the line. Today was trying to talk to him about something that wasn't right and he turned his back answered his cell phone. I just don't understand how people who are paid well in government service positions can be so rude and obnoxious. I tried to support the post office considering I know they've been having financial problems recently. I always send my mail priority. I know it seems trivial but I asked the cashier to tape the box for me and he said that the post office is no longer offering priority tape. Having witnessed the terrible attitude of the management of this post office over and over, and then being told that the post office is taking away one of the tiny services they offer to customers who spend a little more sending out their mail, I have decided to use FedEx or ups from now on... Goodbye sunset office.
