  • I've been living here about 6 months and so far most of everything has been okay, there have been some minor things but overall I'd give it 4 stars. Sara at the front is awesome and has been helpful since day 1, maintenance requests have been responded to promptly, usually same day if not next day. The people in my building seem to be really chill, there hasn't been any problems, car hasn't been broken into (yet lol). The washer did have to be replaced but as I said I had a new one the next day after calling which is pretty awesome. I do feel tho that the ceiling is a bit thin, i can hear footsteps all day, it does get annoying sometimes. And yes the scorpions x.x I live on the second floor and I've seen 3 of them this summer! That shit freaks me out but I feel that's kinda part of AZ living, i wish the problem would be resolved tho. Haven't seen one in a while but I always find myself looking around for them. Haha so minor setback but I like it overall. Main reason for higher rating is the people at the office and maintenance crew, u guys are awesome and you've been better than many other apartments. You do need to do something about getting the pools to stay open later tho :/
