  • I had the bun bo hue and my friend had the combo Pho. We split the spring rolls which were clearly premade since the rice paper wrap was a bit chewy from sitting around. They were nothing like the picture in the menu. Reminds me of McDonald's menu pictures. I tried the pho broth and it was just ok. His pho came out in less than 2 minutes, that along with the spring rolls. Out waters came out after...... if that tells you something. I tried the bun bo hue broth and it tasted exactly the same as the pho. I about got up and left and probably would have if I was by my self. They give you a side of the seasoning to add to the broth which is just plain lazy. If they don't know how to make one of Vietnam's traditional soups then just leave it off the menu instead of embarrassing yourself. Only reason I came here was because it was a 24hr joint. If you want good Vietnamese food go to pho khan do down the street during regular hours.
