  • I had to take down my previous good review for this. I had been going here for years I never had a problem with Dr.Herman's staff before, but in the past few months I have been getting horribly bruised by the injections. It is embarrassing people think I'm getting hit. I told the dr about it he said I can request which person I want to do the shot. I don't even know their names but the only one I would say that doesn't bruise me is an older asian (I think filipina lady) that is normally at Buffalo location. I am going to ask for her next time cus this really sucks. Also one of his younger staff told me "You gotta do what you gotta do for your cats & dogs huh?" Referring to my shots. Umm no I wake up and go to sleep horribly because of my allergies to not only dogs and cats but polllen and a number of things. So I didn't like her saying that. I also feel like the shots haven't really been helping me recently as much my allergies are still bad. Also a breathing machine was supposed to be ordered from me and I told the receptionist she said to ask the dr. Isn't that her department tho!? Idk this office has really changed I hope it gets better or i might have to go elsewhere. I like Dr.Herman himself but there is a need of improvement in staff. :/ they should've kept their old stuff from last year and year prior. They NEVER bruised me and they were always nice! Even the Receptionist Jane was awesome she was the only one who knew what she was doing up front even his receptionist are lazy and unorganized just like I mentioned earlier when I asked about my asthma breathing machine and the office following up with the other office she acted like she didn't care and asked me if I had told dr Herman about it.
