  • Maybe it's not fair, because this was backup to my first choice and for a chain this place is solid, but I could only give 3 stars. They offer a wide variety of pastries, coffee, and sandwich options. This particular location is conveniently attached to the Intercontinental hotel and a safe backup if the cafe you wanted to try doesn't open til 9 AM! Yes that's a 9, I'm usually on my 3rd cup by then! (I'll let that slide). I ordered a cafe au lait which was good and for 8:30 on a Sat, it hit the spot. I ordered an almond croissant which was standard but nothing to write home about. Overall good place to grab a quick drink and pastry Ina a pinch but they also offer sandwiches and other snacks.
