  • I visited Pearl about two months ago was introduced to Grace who was very helpful. After trying several frames we decided on one and ordered. I had a difficult time adjusting to the new script and Grace figured out the issue and fixed the problem. As time went on the frame itself gave me issues and after several visits to alleviate the problem it was suggested I choose a new frame. I was surprised as it had been a month and a half and I was sure I would have to pay. Not the case I chose my new frame and within a week I had my new glasses which I love. Grace and everybody at Rocky River Pearl were fantastic to deal with and I can't recommend them enough!!! Bravo to Grace and crew and do yourself a favor run to this Pearl you won't be sorry.
