  • I've been to this salon four times to get my lashes done and I have mixed reviews. My first visit was with Dee. This was the first time I had ever gotten lash extensions and she did a fairly good job on them however I felt like it was quite rushed. When she was finished, she handed me two little lash spoolies, told me not to wet the lashes for 48 hours and then I was good to go. That night I lost 10+ lashes. She never once told me not to wear makeup or not to brush them out within those two days. I learned this from another lash tech two seats down who was THOROUGHLY explaining the aftercare to her client... Which is what Dee should have done in the first place. Please be consistent with educating your customers especially if it's their first time getting a service done. I came back the next morning to get my lashes re-done, and even though I specifically made my appointment with Dee, they let Joan do my fill instead because something was wrong with their scheduling system. As if losing 10 lashes wasn't enough, this just made it even worse. I went out of town the next day and of course the same fall-out happened again while I was not in the city. (This time, however, Joan actually explained what not to do within the first 48 hours which sort of helped.) Ultimately I just got fed up and ended up ripping the rest off since there were only about three lashes left lol. I took a small break from lashes after that, but decided to give it another try since one of my old classmates from high school worked there as a lash tech. I booked an appointment with her and hoped for the best. She probably did the best job out of everyone who's done my lashes. They stayed full for about ten days before I noticed they started looking a little sparse. I booked a mini fill with her but when I came in for my appointment, I found out that she didn't work for the company anymore. No one ever gave me a call or notified me and the lady at the front desk was trying to get me to re-schedule which was clearly unfair to me as I would not have wasted my time coming there if they just called me in the first place. Again, something was wrong with their scheduling system so they didn't notice I even booked a fill with her. So they had some new girl try to do my fill quickly before her appointment arrived and I was told that she might not even be able to do the full 30 minutes needed for the fill. No accommodations, no apologies, nothing. It was frustrating to say the least. Now I've just seen how the owners treat their customers based on social media reviews and it is the most appalling way I've ever seen business "professionals" treat their audience. I'm embarrassed for this company. They've blamed their system three times with me and are now blaming a "Facebook hacker" for the rude remarks made on their Facebook account. It seems like technology is their only scapegoat. Lol I definitely will not be coming back.
