  • Betty W. today is June 23, the elevator has been broken for 5,5 months. Whatever you are saying about the fixing is a fantasy. Can anyone please tell me why on earth it's taking that long to fix it? And of course it's the management's fault for deceiving their tenants constantly. I truly don't believe any part had to be manufactured in Hong Kong as the management is probably just delaying as it costs money. Regarding balconies..please don't be delusional and patronizing. Of course windows in bedrooms are opened but the air flow does not reach the lounge so it's very uncomfortable to stay indoors. Having one bedroom is just a torture. The work on balconies goes extremely slow. after 5 months I can hardly see any workers working. Two guys have been painting the balconies for over a month now and the North side is half done. In fact in May barely any job was done as I did not see any workers for about two weeks. Not mention that by watching these guys who have been hired to supposedly fix my balcony but who spend more time on chatting about their drunken nights out and smoking cigarettes on my balcony, I've began understanding why this job is taking so much time. So well done sundance apartments management/ Betty W it seems you are the only happy with the situation, the rest of us/ the majority of tenants are annoyed and wish to be finally treated with respect.
