  • I made an appointment online three days before I was planning to go drop off the car for re-balancing and rotation. Showed up on-time for the appointment, but they were so busy it took them 10 mins before anyone came out to help me. I told them I had an appointment. They found me on the computer, confirm what services I wanted done and then I was off on my way. I dropped off the car, so I could not tell you how long it took them. The facility was clean and service person was professional and nice.
