Stay away, stay far away. My wife made an appointment, and, despite the fact that it's a 40 minute drive for us, she felt the description and ratings were impressive enough. The receptionist/scheduler requested her health insurance numbers when the appointment was made. She gave that information and was assured that her insurance was accepted and that it was in-network.
Upon arrival, after the co-pay was taken, after a few moments she was told she wasn't in the right network and thus they couldn't take her insurance. After 80 minutes driving back and forth, plus the time it took to walk from the parking lot to the second floor office, and for her to prepare for the trip.
This represents a pathetic lack of concern or respect for patients.
The only positive note: They did cancel the credit card transaction. But they didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake, for the waste of time. Such a medical office doesn't deserve your business.
