  • Let me start by saying that I really like Zupas as a whole. However, this is easily the worst location I have ever been to. The staff all behave like it's their 1st day on the job. No one seems to know what they're doing, and they all seem very uncertain about everything happening. The food itself seems...off. The portions of fruit in the salad I got (nuts about berries) seems much lower than normal. The lobster bisque was insanely watery and contained absolutely no meat (not the case at other locations). Personally, I'd drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location if I was really jonesin for some Zupas.
