Heard about this place for a while and decided to give it a try during the colder months since I don't see a great need to go to an indoor place when it's hot outside. It's a little pricey, but it does include the waterpark admission, so that makes it a little easier to swallow. Also, it's all for the kids anyway, so you just gotta do it. When we got there so many cars were there, it made us worry, but it wasn't too bad inside. The front lobby is a little cramped for handling crowds of people checking in at once and moving their things in. But part of this was due to the Christmas setup which took up a lot of space. Make sure to do the mobile check-in to make things a little quicker. Like others have mentioned, the rooms are smallish, especially for the price. But they are clean and well kept. Kids love the waterpark. I thought there would be more slides, but no complaints from the kids. We skipped the buffet because it was extra pricey for the holidays. There is a wealth of places to eat within 5 minutes around the lodge. I would say it's definitely worth the experience. I don't think I would go back again to the same place, but I would probably try a different location just to check it out. Or maybe if I had a better job... haha.
