  • Well this is a following up on my laptop............it's dead!!!! John from Glick's Mobile Computer Repair looked at my laptop and discovered it wasn't the battery after all, more like the motherboard, so out came the hard drive to download into another laptop when I get one. My current laptop was 4 years old. Good thing Black Friday is around the corner. John was courtesy, took the time to explain the process that as soon as I get my new laptop they would set it up and reinstall my old data. Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly.
