rev:text	We lived here for a year. Moving in was so easy and the staff was awesome and they continued to be awesome the whole year! Living here was a great first place for us and we have no complaints. They were always doing little things to fix up the complex and were always respectful of the residents when doing so. The grounds of the complex are always well maintained. We loved how green and plush the grass always was. The maintenance team was always on their game, and it was nice being able to submit a request online. By the way, the maintenance people that I met were always so sweet. It felt like a real community here! Our apartment was in the front and faced Whitney Ranch Dr. so it was loud at times but nothing that kept us up at night. Also, the gate was not always working but again it wasn't a big deal to us. This complex felt safe and it was quiet for the most part. Going to the pool was always nice because we were the only ones there and they had just renovated the pools. Moving out was such an easy process. The office staff is mostly young people from what I noticed but they are always sweet and professional. We cleaned the apartment before we left and we got almost our whole deposit back! I was amazed! Most properties will nickel and dime you for everything but I was truly impressed by Galleria Palms! One time I left my phone in the grass and didn't realize it until 3 hours later and when I called it the office manager answered and said someone had brought it in. We really had no complaints while living here and would have stayed longer if we weren't getting a house. Thanks!
