| - I have not visited this Service Dept. before, but made an appointment online to have my Accord serviced, as it also needed some warranty work. I arrived on time, and was promptly and professionally greeted. Even though they had my appointment, they didn't seem to have the information I provided, such as what I wanted done, my cell number, my email, or that I needed the shuttle service. The prices were higher than they should be, but I expected that, since it's a dealership. I went directto the customer center, where I waited for the shuttle. An hour later, I learned that the shuttle had left without me. Rather than be 15 minutes late to my office, I was two hours late. I won't go back.
