  • They Are Difficult to Work With I called to have my password reset for their online banking. After verifying my name, date of birth, social security and address, they required several other items. It should not be that difficult to get access to my account online. I understand the need for security and think name, DOB, SSN and address are reasonable requests. But there's a line between cautious and difficult to work with and they've crossed it.
