  • UPDATE BELOW - This place has had a huge turnover on the amount of employees that are walking in and out of this place. None of the management I've ever dealt with while I have been living here have been professional. People are constantly smoking or being loud and when you decide to bring it up to management, they do NOTHING. All they care about is getting people to sign a lease with them and their all smiles and so welcoming, but once you're in, it's completely different. The place is kept nice and recently upgraded, but it's not worth all the trouble. I signed the lease for $945 for a two bedroom and how is it possible that I am now paying $998. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. You bring it up to management and they have a stupid excuse that makes no sense. Randi ( i believe that's her name), the current manager does not know what she's doing nor do her employees. You ask questions about your apartment and their response is I don't know. If you don't know, you ask...Also this place does not like to spend any money on any maintenance issues you may have. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience living in an apartment before, until I moved here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I really hope corporate would know how terrible their management is....but who knows maybe corporate allows this type of behavior. Also, it is true that they have deleted most negative reviews and possibly have had their friends or even they are probably adding positive reviews on google. Funny how their reputation is ruined that they have to write fake reviews to bring their ratings up. This place deserves 0 stars. All this place cares about is you signing the lease and taking your money. To Andrea: No need to speak on behalf of your incompetent manager at Sedona Peaks, Randy. I really hope someone seeks legal help with the way you all run "business". It's incredible how bad this apartment complex is and I hope with time you all go out of business. And I hope people read reviews before making the worst decision to live at Sedona Peaks. I find it funny that you want to leave a nice comment on here saying how you never wish a bad experience and to call to clarify. There is no need to clarify anything with an unethical business practice that does nothing for their residents.
