  • Addicted to Caprese style sandwiches so I wanted to see if Paradise Bakery & Cafe was making such a thing. Although they do have a specialty sandwich with mozzarella and tomato/basil smoosh, it was a disappointment. Soups are always great and the mac and cheese is a once in a great while yummy, comfort foody worth it. Servers are not well trained and just stood around talking to each other while I waited with no line. Youth is no excuse for neglecting customers. For fast food Paradise Bakery is a good choice if you are like me and refuse to eat fried, greasy fattening fare the other fast food joints serve, so I take the good with the bad.
