CenturyLink not the best at all but had the best experience and it wasn't with this store, it was with an associate By the name of James # AB96059 who I really would like to say thank you too! I called in expecting to get the run around and bs information I always get, but not from James my internet is crap because it's capped and I didn't even know being that when I first signed up I let them know that I need the fastest high speed internet because of all of the streaming well James let me know that I have two lines so I can split some of my usage between the two and that was the best! I also didn't know that I was I in a two year contract with prisem tv being that I hate contracts he let me know and accommodated me with that as well being that I had all these premium channels that didn't play anything but the same thing every day!
What I want to say to you James #AB96059 continue be the best, your customer service was awesome and we need to train more people to be as thorough with their jobs as you were. I hope this company values a great employee such as yourself! Thanks again.
