  • Since Eatons is an absolute hot mess all the time with the mass amount of shoppers daily, it does reflect from this store. Never have adequate stock. Never have the size/colour/style that I need. Most unfriendly workers - they seem to hate the customers and with the mass amount of people, it doesn't help with that attitude. Most unhelpful workers. If I need to go to a Soft Moc, I will never consider this location. It is such a disappointment since it would be nice to enjoy doing all your shopping in one convenient location, such as the Eaton Centre. If anything, head down to Queen St. West location. Never as busy as this location and the workers actually enjoy giving you their two cents before you make a purchase!
