Simply put, dining at U.S. Egg for brunch was A-OK. We were lucky not to wait long for a table and that our server was attentive but to be quite honest, nothing really made our visit there memorable. Sounds terrible but the best thing about my meal was the fact that our server left the water pitcher and coffee thermos on the table for us so we wouldn't have to wait for refills. That's something on my wish list for every restaurant as I drink a ton of water.
Anyway, the customer service was good. We didn't have to wait for a table and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Portions were huge but food was overall mediocre. Eggs were a bit bland and the hash browns were a bit soggy. I liked the decorations; they were really patriotic. My favorites were the huge map of America marking all of their locations and a U.S. flag made out of egg cartons. Other than that, I'd survive not ever eating at U.S. Egg again.
