  • We were referred to Jackie for newborn and maternity photos and she came highly recommended. We booked our appointment on her website and then she called us to change the time. She later changed the time again as well as location because she said she didn't have enough time for the number of photos that we were requesting. Finally she canceled and said she was too busy to see us. Our original photographer we were going to use is no longer available. Jackie's lack of professionalism and customer service cost us a lot of time already. I will never refer anyone to her.
