Their website is completely not user friendly at all. I have some web experience and my boss who has a lot also admits openly their website interference is not user friendly, therefore, when you get an error of your status on the page making corrections and uploading documents is a pain in the ass. I had to call the customer care support at least 5 times to have walk me through it and I think that they will also admit that the interface is pathetic.
We use them to be work compliant with some of our current vendors and customers, however, in the past year and a half they haven't been helpful at all in resolving the issues often passing the buck from one company to another instead of working with me to have our profile in good standing. We are paying them $405.50 a month. Most of them have no idea about the own site that they work for. The funny thing is that they know how bad their own site is 'cause they have an automated message telling how to upload the documents that is a whole 5 - 6 page of instructions.
Because of the above the customer service in trying to resolve the issue has always been 50-50. It's gotten to the point where if I get an agent with attitude or who doesn't want to help I ask to either speak with someone else or hang up and try and get re-connected. When I mean connected to their customer support I mean it feels like there are only 5 people who work there 'cause most of the time you have to leave your name and number and no one gets back to you until 2 days later if you're lucky. I think that I've only actually talked to a live agent in the past year 3 times.
Long story short there was an error with complyworks simply 'cause of the type of documentation. The real error was there is an issue currently that we have with WCB.
Workers comp letter for WCB - We had this on file, however, there was an issue with an employees case and even though we had proper updated documentation it still came back with errors. When we called Complyworks they said that the error was a WCB issue. When I called WCB they said that the error was on Complyworks. Neither parties were willing to help resolve the issue and were passing the buck to each other.
