  • Just awful! Woman at gate in Charlotte made my check my bag. It would not fit in the bin so I took things out. When I told her I would remove items she said "and I will check it when you come back" wow! Every single MAN in first class brought their bag on and she never texted the size and most were bigger and back packs the size of a small child. This was gender based clearly. Tried to get help from a supervisor and they told me get or or I could not fly. FLY DELTA. They teach their team how to interact with customers. I took pics of the size of luggage that the 15 other men in first got to bring on.
