  • This was my first visit here. I've been long overdue for eyebrow and lip waxing. Haven't been able to go to my normal place and since this place was on my way home after doing a couple of errands, I decided to stop by and give it a try. Walked in and there were 4 employees who were each busy with customers. I was asked to wait a little while.. Ok I don't mind. After 5 min I was told it'd be another 5 min. I should've took that as a sign and just leave. 10 min later then it's my turn. Waxing was quicker than the wait! Surprisingly the lady who did the waxing did a good job and didn't even need to tweeze the strays. However, I'm giving 1 star because the wax was super hot! Normally it gets cooled a little before they apply it so you don't get burned. I told her it was hot but it didn't matter. Luckily my tolerance is ok, but I walked out of there with my skin hurting. An hour later it was still sore and red. Six hours later and it's still irritated. I've never had a waxing done with wax that hot! I'll just stick to my normal place..
