  • Terrible! I had 8am-12pm appt. I called around 10am for status. They said they will call me back. They did not. I called again at 11:45am. I was told that the technician was in the middle of another work and running behind. At 12:45pm, the technician has not showed up. I called the company again and the lady did not seem happy with me calling again. I just had to cancel.
