  • I had Cox for my internet for years, it was okay.. Then I got the Cable TV service and what a nightmare. Within the first month it has been 2 service calls and two techs come out to provide me with less than average service. Now I have to wait two days for a tech to come out and fix my box yet again. DO NOT USE COX run away, far far away. they're the crappiest service in the world.
