A friend & I went for a one hour foot massage at Bali last week. My friend had a male masseuse and I had a woman. It was much more than just the foot and we both enjoyed ours. Her guy used hot stones & more pressure than mine. It felt like a clean establishment, and no appointment is necessary.
The unfavorable part: They say $20/hr. and when we each gave a $5.00 tip, they looked at us with great disdain. At checkout then we saw the sign: TIP: $5.00 "unhappy", $10.00 "happy," and $15.00 "very happy". We both felt it was rude and believe the amount of a tip should be up to our discretion, but forked over $10 each. We choose not to return because of this practice. For $30 I can go to European Massage School on F.A. & Sahara & have a full massage by a senior student.
