rev:text	Me and my brother have been buying glass for about 8 years now, we were initially impressed by the selection. But upon actually going to purchase one of the more expensive items we asked if we could put water in to make sure everything worked properly. The man responds with "I don't do that sht bro." But with the initial "quality" of what we thought was a nice piece. We took the mans word when he claimed he tests them with water to make sure they work soon delivery. We take it home (literally right next door) to find none of the percs in the piece worked and it was defective. Already aggravated but not mad. We return to the smoke shop not 10 minutes after buying it to the explain our issue. We were then greeted by the same guy, he was very defensive and claimed we had used said glass before we brought it back because there was water in it. Obviously you put water in a glass to see if there are any leaks, or if the percs are properly attached in the bong before you use it. After showing the man that it had BOTH of these issues He met us with hostility and unprofessionalism. I've never made a review on yelp before but these guys take the cake. After making the guarantee by word he went back on his word by saying there is nothing he can do and that we couldn't even trade with extra cash for something more expensive. We didn't want a refund yet he was acting like we were trying to fool him and pretty much kicked us out of the store for bringing the DEFECTIVE GLASS back to his shop, even after seeing the issues for himself he says he can't do anything first then switches up and says there is nothing wrong. Screw these guys, they are cheap scum bags and I hope the shop goes out of business. I will never be back and it's a shame because we spend a lot of money and time with out glass collection. If you're looking for a great smoke shop. Go to HOUSE OF SMOKES, GORILLA RADIO, or even MR BILLS right across the street. As for the guy at the counter who interacted with us about the Pokémon bong. Fck you "BRO" you fake ass P.O.S. living walking breathing turd. We were genuine and real with you while you stayed a cheap prick.
