  • I should have written this review 2 years ago when I went there. I really meant to, and I thought that I did write a review at that time. I guess I forgot. Sorry. Rarely do we encounter a business that genuinely cares about its customers, and charges a fair price for products and services. This bike shop is the rare place. After a negative experience at another nearby bike shop, I brought my bike here. The owner (forgot his name) installed a new shifter, new cables, and adjusted the height on my handlebars, all in real time, all for A LOT less than I expected. I can't remember how much it was, but I do remember that I gave him more than the final bill, because he deserved a tip. I feel bad that my bike has been 100% perfect for the last 2 years, so I haven't had occasion to bring it back, but if I ever need work done, no question I'm taking it back to this place.
