  • I needed to buy a water heater since mine was leaking and obviously in need of replacing. 5 days later it is still leaking and Lowe's has not even contacted me. I went in once and they said they would look into it but that was 2 days ago. Meanwhile I still have a leaking water heater tbhat will cause other damage. Thank you Lowes
