  • I wasn't completely shocked to read poor reviews of this company based on Kevin's demeanor but if you can look past the "yinzer professional" personality, your carpets will be in great shape. I found this company through Groupon. I was concerned about the heavy stains but now my carpets look brand new! Let me break it down for you... Kevin arrived spot on for my appointment time. He quickly got his equipment set up and was finished in an hour. Fast & efficient. There is an up charge if you have a pet but he told me that when I booked the appointment. I got a free bottle of additional "super cleaner" for buying the Groupon & he thoroughly explained how to use it. His service does require him to fill up his machine with water from the kitchen sink so my floor got wet from him refilling the cleaner. He cleaned up the water and wiped down my sink before leaving. He does make off the wall comments but overall, it's harmless. He is there to clean your carpets & you won't be disappointed by the end result.
