I bought my house in Scottsdale a year ago. The house is 21 years old. I wanted to start planning and budgeting major expenses. I'd seen a number of houses in my community needing new roofs so I though that might be one of the first expenses.
The office was able to schedule Craig about 10 days after I called for an inspection. I'm sure if I had a leak he would have been scheduled earlier. But considering the recent heavy rains it was thoroughly understandable that there was a slight delay.
When Craig arrived his initial thought was that it might be time because of the average age of houses in that area. H also suggested I get three estimates.
He went up checked the roof tile and underlayment in 6 areas, took photos to show me and identified areas that the previous owner had repaired just before I bought the house. Craig came off the roof, told me the repairs looked good and solid and that " I could sleep soundly. No need to replace now." No charge.
When it comes time to change that roof Brown's Roofing is my first call. If you just want an inspection, he will be honest and not tell you need a replacement when you don't.
