Took My son for an appointment in January and scheduled the work to be done today March 21st and when I got to the 8:30 am appointment was told "Ummm we still haven't got authorization from your insurance for the work. It takes 72 hours." Considering they had a week in January, all of February and most of March I find this unacceptable. They then offered to make us an appointment to get the work done next week.
I decided to just use a different dentist and told them they lost our buisness forever to which the receptionist replied "Whatever" . Called my insurer and was told they sent the papers today not back in January so on top of everything else they lied to us as well
