  • I just wanted to say thank you for all the previous reviews of Bill and Desert Diamond Jewelers. You were right! This is the most reputable, up front, honest, and knowledgeable Jeweler I have come across. Long story short my Fiancée and I bought my engagement ring in Cali and needed to have it resized. I was very nervous about having my ring resized. Most jewelers send it off to get resized and in some way manage to bend you over the barrel, that worried me considering this ring was a big investment for us. Bill is one of a kind, he is quick and sharp as a whip. I dropped my ring off around midday and he even stuck around after closing to finish my ring. Talk about customer service. Nothing but good energy, a positive experience, and a great price. My fiancée and I were so impressed that we are going through him for our wedding bands.
