  • Bad experience on my very first visit to drop off clothes. I was shown to the back where they take the clothes and was told " Ok, give us a few minutes". (Several chatty women there). I walked around the store looking at tops and shoes. After 10 minutes I walked to the back to find out what items where being accepted. I was given my entire box back! The top items where looked at and thrown back into the box. Nothing else was touched because it was still neatly folded in the box. They weren't designer clothes but they were from Chicos and Loft, practically new and were in better condition than what I saw hanging on the racks. Won't be returning!
