As I am force to give it a star, I will give them one for customer service. Customer service people are super nice, no problem with that. Now, since 2014 I have been taking my car to Tempe Kia with a grinding noise and hey haven't been able to fix it. Last Friday august 26th I picked up my car for the 6th time and still has the same grinding noise. My attorney encouraged me to file a law suit regarding the "Lemon Law" and to be honest I hate problems, going to court, etc but sometimes the situation and desperation of getting your car fix leaves you with no choice. I also contacted the 12 news complaint line and they are going to investigate the situation. When your peoblem doesn't get fixed you have to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. I love my Optima but I am so sad and dissapointed that their mechanics don't know what the heck is wrong with my car. Just because it is a grinding noise doesn't mean is the starter. It has been changed twice so it has to be more than that. People, don't be fooled with dealerships. They will brainwash you to buy a car and offer you the world but be aware when it comes to servicing your vehicle.
