  • Decatur location. From start..appointment made thru my Geico insurance...vehicle was driveable so I made my appointment time. Paperwork was ready, rental car was in the same building, all done in minutes. Super friendly staff in all departments. $2800 in damages to my 2014 Prius....right front fender, bumper, headlight, rear view mirror. Shop apologized since it would take a week for repairs since parts had to be shipped in. It was ready a day early, repairs were exceptional. Vehicle looked new. I drive at least 1000 miles a week and literally live out of my car so the interior was trashed with cigarette smoke and spilled coffee, burger wrappers, etc. they actually detailed the car INSIDE and out! You could never guess it had 220,000 miles of hard driving. Yes, Gerber impressed me.
